Pedro joined LACE in 2018 as founding Partner.
Previously Pedro spent 15 years as Director at Norfin focusing on technical/engineering management of Real Estate assets, leading development and refurbishment projects across CRE and Residential sectors.
Pedro has extensive experience in construction management and in executing asset repositioning strategies.
Prior to Norfin, Pedro spent 5 years at construction company Edifer and 2 years at CGC and DHV-FBO as Project Director and Supervisor.
Pedro holds a Degree of Real Estate Management from ESAI in Lisbon and he is a Technical Agent of Architecture and Engineering.
