Joana joined LACE in 2018 as a Manager and Head of Finance and became a Partner in 2026.
She has been responsible for the financial management, accounting, treasury, and reporting functions of the Funds, while also playing a central role in the development, implementation, and consolidation of the firm's internal processes.
Prior to joining LACE, Joana spent 12 years at Norfin, where she gained significant experience in the accounting and reporting of Real Estate Investment Funds.
Joana holds a degree in Financial Administration and Control from ISCAL. She is also a Chartered Accountant by the Portuguese Chamber of Chartered Accountants.
